clip art in office is present in the insert > picture > clip art for example if you are using word then goto insert > picture > clip art and if you want more clipart the goto Microsoft website and there are too many out there

Depending on the type of clip art you want, you can find a lot of it free online by searching, or you can go to an electronics store for programs. If you are looking for the kind used in scrap books, most digital cameras come with it on the disc you use to install it to your pc.
