It is hard to figure an exact conception date even if you know your last menstrual cycle. That is, unless you are keeping track of when you've had sex, and it isn't that frequently. However, once the doctor dates the pregnancy you should be able to work back to the approximate date of conception.

Your doctor can help to determine how far along you are based on your hcg numbers, and measurements that he or she takes of your uterus. As well as ultrasound results can help to determine the age of your baby based on the size of the baby. You should depend on your doctor to help you determine this.

Your doctor will perform an ultrasound and look at how the fetus is measuring to determine when you conceived. The doctor will take various measurements or look for developmental clues (like a heart beat, fetal pole, etc. ) and be able to determine how old it is.

You can figure out the conception date atleast by guessing earlier months date and from there count for 28 days, 30 days or the days normally used to take for you. Other than that if you are not sure of earlier period also. Consult a gynaegologist and do as per her advice.
