Try places like Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls or TJ Maxx. These stores have up-to-the-minute fashions priced well below the department stores. In addition to the everyday low prices, they also have clearance racks and those items are marked down even further. I have gotten great deals at these stores and I would rather go there than to department stores.
