If you are wondering about the Gnome delivery mini-game in Runescape, the way you play is simple. I would suggest is first making 3 of each item,it is a lot of work but it pays off. Then get all your tabs/teleporting equiptment in your inventory, get some energy pots and make yourself as lightweight as possible, then go do it.
