To start, take medium thick strand. Pinch the hair near the root. Separate the strand from the root by pinching the strand a couple of centimeters away from the root. Start twisting. Twist the strand as one and it will start to double up, creating a second layer of twists.

Hold a hair thread and touch the hair near the scarp. Begin twisting. Fold up the thread partly. As the hair thread begins to increase by two, end the twisting, position a finger in the hair thread center. interweave with your finger. Remove your finger and grab of the thread.
