Look in the manual to see if there is instructions for the user/owner to disable the panic button. The alternative is to contact a dealer service center for instructions.
Car doesn't have an alarm,just the remote door locks,Panic,turn the key to the lites come on and there should be a button to disable the alarm push and hold it.
The panic feature on the Chevy Impala can be disable by simple hitting the panic button on the remote if that doesn't work disconnect the cars battery.
