The thicker the neoprene of a wetsuit, the warmer it is. But, it is also more constrictive. If you swim in water that is consistently 65 degrees or cooler, go with a heavier/warmer suit. Personal body temp also factors in. Remember that wetsuits should be snug but not too tight and any wetsuit will give a teensy bit whern wet.

go to a local dive shop, they are dotted all over the place in most countries, they will tell you what weight will suit your needs.

First, identify your price range; how much do you want to spend? Next, go online and check out the google shopping results for a wet suit. Make sure the suit does what you need it to.
