How do you deal with anger?

Firstly, any type of physical activity that increase adrenaline, will make it worse. The best way to relieve anger is to stop doing everything and calm yourself with breathing.

Dealing with anger has a lot to do with controlling your emotions. For me, it's particularly difficult because I have a very expressive face. I've often found that even when I'm trying to remain neutral in appearance, people generally know when I am angry even if I haven't said anything.

One solution to dealing with anger is to replace the angry thoughts with some other type of thought. People who have chronic anger issues might choose to change anger related thoughts to thoughts focused on engaging in work, as a means of directing the negative affect.
