Almost every auto parts store can do it for you. In some cases "big box" stores will have books that tell you the part numbers for the other companies who manufacture the same belt as the OEM one.

Most belt manufacturers have a web site where you can croos reference the belts you need. All you really need is the belt length, type of belt and belt width to cross reference. The part number makes it easier if you have it. The information is printed on the belt.

By law, OEM belts must list their specs on the packaging. It might sound old school, but the best way to research this is to go to Auto Zone or another auto parts store with a note pad. Find out which belts fit your truck and write down the info you need. You'll want to know the strength calculations.
