There are a variety of software packages out there that will allow you to overwrite and copy a copyrighted DVD. Some of these packages are expensive but there are others that are cheaper and may even come with a free trial. This software is something you have to run first on the files and you will then need to copy.

If it is for your own reference you can use a DVD burner through a computer. You will need a blank DVD disk and a computer. You can save the DVD content as a file then burn it on a blank DVD.
