Copying PlayStation games is a violation of the copyright. If you are making a back-up copy you would have to use a high end burning software and have the binary for the games. I would recommend just getting a new game to avoid legal complications.

To copy games that you legally own you need a program capable of "cloning" disk. There are a lot out there to choose from. Download one and follow the directions.

To copy Playstation games, you need a computer that has the ability to copy CDs. After that, you can find a program off a website that will take any game, and make a copy for you.
