How do you control your dreams?

I've been having nightmares.

No one really knows. Many experts think dreams are one way of working out the concerns and anxieties of the day, so reducing stress has been linked to lessening the frequency of nightmares. However, this isn't a panacea.

To control dreams, refrain from late night snacks or meals before going to bed. It is also important to be relaxed without negative thoughts from the day or from watching negative scenes from the television. For a better night's rest, some people prefer to sleep with a fan or relaxing music, while others choose to sleep in total silence.
