In order to go from dark to light hair you will need to completely bleach all of your hair, then add the color you want. You also need to use toners etc. so your hair does not turn orange.I suggest you save the money. Have it done professionally.

If you have dark hair and want to go blonde, it will be hard. You have to do it slowly, and go lighter each time.
