Try the netti pot, or any of the various products like it. It is basically used to flush out your nose and sinuses. Pretty much you produce a stream of water through one side of your nose to the other. It sounds gross, but works wonders! You can find it at any pharmacy, even at meijer or kmart.

One of the best ways is to use a saline solution as a nasal spray wash. This will typically clear out all of the sinus areas. If not, you may need to follow up with a doctor.
