You can try an ordinary extra strength toilet bowl cleaner along with a toilet scrub brush. Allow the cleaner to penetrate for a few minutes before scrubbing. If that doesn't work, try clorox.

Try using bleach that are used for clothes and pour some strong detergent poweder and leave it for a few minutes. In our country we use Muriatic Acid with detergent but be careful not to let it touch your skin or even inhale it because it is kind of suffocating, wait for 5 minutes before you wash them with water.

I would use lysol toliet bowel cleaner. I would spray the liquid all over the inside of the bowel. Then I would get a good scrubber wond and scrub the inside of the bowel.
