If the marks are just water marks you can use a leather cleaner followed by a leather conditioner. If you do not already own any, any chain auto parts store will carry it. You can also use it on your vehicle seats furniture to clean and help preserve it.

You can remove water stains by applying water to the area evenly with a clean cloth. Bottle water is recommended. You then try and wet the area seamlessly if the spot is in the middle gradually fade it out by wiping. The water doesn't stain the leather but it leaves marks of its trace elements.

Unfortunately water damage to genuine leather goods is usually permanent. You may be able to hide the marks by using leather polish on the damaged area.

first up all wipe out the water with a clean cloth and alow it to dry.there is no need to apply any thing on it.
