Use super hot water and a damp towel. Also spray some cleaner on it if it's safe for the recliner, and pat the wine with the towel (don't rub).

Try either a gentle soap and water mixture or a professional suede cleaner on that nasty wine stain. If you use soap and water make sure you do not over saturate the area with water. Use a clean white towel to blot the excess water from the suede fabric. Scotch guard to give the chair protection.
