You can wash your grill with soap and water, but do not submerge the grill completely in water. Use a gentle liquid detergent and a non-metal scrub brush to wash the grilling plates. Make sure that it is unplugged before you do any cleaning. Also, do not place the grill in the dishwasher.

George Foreman grills are rather easy to clean. Just use the plastic spatula supplied with the grill to gently scrape any solids on the plate surfaces. Then simply wipe.
