How do you change the oil on a Ford?

Without knowing the year and model I can describe it in detail. Look online for a guide. The basics include warming/draining the oil, changing the filter and adding new oil.

go under the vehicle and look on the bottom of the engine, locate the oil pan which will be the bottom most part of the engine then find the large bolt on it and remove oil will spill out fast. then remove the filter,istall new filter,replace plug,add propper amount ofoil,enjoy
