It's a pretty strait forward process. You're going to need to purchase a replacement tail light that matches the size and brand of bulb that your Honda Nighthawk uses. The tail lights are usually able to just be removed by force, but occasionally they'll need sockets or wrenches, it's easy. I would recommend you unplug your battery for safety reasons.

You are going to need a torx bit to get the screw out and then once you get the screw out you can install the new light bulb.

Purchase new light that matches size/brand of bulb. Unplug battery for safety. remove with force or sometimes you'll need sockets or wrenches to remove. Install new one. Fairly simple job.

There are only 2 screws that need to be taken out in order to replace the Nighthawk Taillight. Its very simple.
