You need to purchase them as buds. Place them in medium sunlight not direct sunlight. Keep them in cool temperatures as low as 55 degrees. Cool temperatures prolong the time it takes to bloom. Mist the plants with water several times a week. Cut dead flower stalks. Throw the plant away when all signs of blooms and buds are gone.

The plant should be planted is a soil based dirt. When the plant is growing, water and let drain. When the leaves fade, allow to dry out.

place in medium light [no direct sun]; keep in cool temp fm 55 to 60 degrees; water fm try under plant; cut dead stalks asap; doesn't bloom again
