Melamine dishes are generally unbreakable and scratch resistant, but still they should be handled with care. They should preferably be washed by hands rather than using a dishwasher as high temperatures along with dishwasher soaps can fade away its colours faster. Avoid using abrasive sponges and chlorine based soaps or detergents.
