The easiest way to calculate a cost of living difference is to do a google search for "cost of living calculator" and use the calculators that are listed. Use several different ones and obtain an average among them.

There are several options on how to go about doing this. I personally have found that using an internet calculator tends to help there are several out there that are designed for calculating cost of living. Nothing can be to the penny accurate though.
