Purchase an overflow box, a smaller tank, and a return pump. Install the refugium beneath the tank, with the overflow and return pumps.

You can do this simply with cardboard cut outs or more fancily with modeller's clay. Use plastic closet hooks to mount on the top of your tank.

Prepare your tank to add the refugium,we may need larger more secure stand for extra size and weight. Place the aquarium stand to main aquarium with tops are being even. To secure, we can use silicone sealer. Install a sump pump. Put sand and rocks to the refugium,to have hiding places for fish. Place the light and cover the refugium.
