First of all, you need Dark attribute warrior-type monsters. You can get the cards from the GX deck and Enemy of Justice. You need cards for stalling opponents until you draw your ace card. Trap and magic cards will help Once your ace card is drawn, boost it with magic cards.

plasma is virtually a must if your going for the fusion build ... if your going for the clock tower prison build then you want draw power, protection (for clock tower prison) and a way to put counters on CTP ... draw power will be destiny draw and allure of darkness (and trade in if your using enough

Destiny hero decks, are awesome because they give you a crazy drawing power from Destiny Draw, Id recommend using Destiny Hero - Defender with Greed for alot of damage.
