I am attempting to do some repair work on my Troy Built Trimmer and have misplaced my manual.

Loosen the clamping bolt slide the shaft in and tighten the clamping bolt the bolt may be a part of the handle or just under the handle but it is right at the front of the engine where the boom fits into it.
