It is best to use a teflon based aerosol spray. This means that the lubricant can be easily applied to areas on a bike that would otherwise be difficult to reach. Coat the chain, and cogs (and any other area you wish to grease) liberally with the spray and make sure you re apply after wet weather.

Get a syringe from a auto store. Every par that move's stick the tip in and force grease in.Might have to loosen some bolt's to grease the neck bearing's,crank.

Bike grease needs to be applied liberally with the hands onto your bike. It can get messy but it's really worth it in the end.
