With the help of the mouse - click view on the menu bar - point to toolbar A list of toolbars appear

By right clicking with the mouse at desktop or if we are in the file like word or excel, at the top of document

To access toolbar options we have to go MY COMPUTER. Then click view from the menu bar. Then we see a menu comes, at the top we see tool bars option, we have enter there then click it, we see customize.Click on customize we can go to the toolbar option.
