You call your district council, or your executive presbyter for assistance. From there, you'll find out who is available, and you can send out your invitations to prospective candidates. You may want to get your board together to discuss your churches problems. Pastors don't usually quit for no reason.

As far as I know, within the Assemblies of God denomation there is a superintendent who would be helping the church to find a new pastor.

Every A of G church has a higher organization that they are part of. Contact your region's office, and let them know your needs. They may have resumes on file.

The first stage would be to elect a pastoral finding committee. This committee can talk to the district office for available Pastors. Once available Pastors are fund, the committee can interview them and put their nominations up to the board. The board can present them to the membership for voting in.

Contact the regional Assembly of God administrative office, or that for your state. Tell them you need a new minister. They'll assign one or send candidates for interview from seminary.
