Plan everything that you can (financial stuff being most important), and then pitch it to someone. It is very hard so if you know someone in business it will help.

A business plan can be written with a little planning. You will need to find an online outline that will direct you on how to lay out your business plan. It will include a section on financial projections , the need for the business and projections on how the business will grow.

A business plan will need many parts including earnings projections and site plans. In order to submit a clear , well written plan , you will want to visit your local library to get business books that detail all the elements of a business plan.

There are loads of websites as well as books (with software) that give you the template for writing a business plan. You'll research location/real estate/insurance/competition/demographics and hours of operation, as well as employees/parking/admission fees. At the end, you'll know every detail of every aspect and have a great idea of what is required in terms of capital and time.

Go to the Small Business Administration's web site. There's plenty of information there to help you. Also, you can check out your local library.
