Properly inflate the tire, and put onto the balancer with the street side up. Unlock the balancer and let it settle. Take your wheel weights and mount them on the rim until the bubble lines up with the double bulls-eye on the balancer. Once everything is level, lock the balancer and finish mounting your weights.

First place tire on the balancer. Allow it to come to a level position. Make sure the air bubble is dead center to level. Add weights untill level (dead center).

Place wheel on the balancer and tighten the nut. This is basicly just a level. The bubble needs to be exact center for the tire to be balanced. Tire weights are placed in areas to position the level at center. Weights come in many sizes and are tacked to the rim.
