Scooters are hard to drive anyway. So troubleshooting them would require that you are comfortable on a scooter to begin with. After that the most important troubleshoot on a scooter is air pressure.

The best way is to have a lift for the scooter. This will help prop both tires off the ground and allow you test all parts while in operation.

i should check some of the steps like sparkplug wire is plugged correctly, gas filter is plugged,wheather the throttle cable is stretched,tire pressure,unslipe of drive belts, to check wheather the chains are well lubricated.

Make sure that there is gas in the tank. Make sure that it is not set in neutral. Make sure that the spark plug is working.
