You will want to go to your vet and he or she will give you an antibiotic ointment for you to put on the eye.

Irrigate the eye to remove any foreign materials. You should allow your vet to make surgical scrapes on your dogs eyes. You should get a bottle of eye drops to give your dog. If this is a common ailment for your dog you may need to get antibiotics for your dog.

Conjunctivitis should be treated by a veterinarian, but to relieve the pain temporarily a warm wet cloth may be applied to the affected eye as a compress.
