If you have been cleaning any establishment get their permission to use their testimony in your brochures and flyers. Make sure it is professionally made up and includes all pertinent information. Get the most talented staff you can and offer a large discount for starters to the businesses you would like to work for.

Put the word out in the community -- starting with friends and relatives. Also have a brochure and website with references, list of services, contact information and fees.
