If soap and water doesn't work, with repeated application and mild buffing with a plastic sponge meant to clean pans, I would test a small spot with nail polish remover (acetone) and it it doesn't hurt the finish, use that. Or do the same test with Goo Be Gone.

Use a product called Goo Gone. Put a dab on a cloth and rub it on the sticker. It will loosen and easily come off. You might also try WD40. WD40 is also an oily substance and I have used it to loosen stickers as well. It is also inexpensive.

I generally use GooGone. It's an all-natural citrus based product that seems to remove most stickers and residue from most surfaces. You'll apply a bit as a test, and then fully soak the sticker. Then you can just wipe it off.

Use wd-40. If the furniture is upholstered, make sure to protect the upholstery with plastic because wd-40 will stain it. Let the wd-40 soak in for a minute before removing. Clean with degreaser afterwards.
