Dangerous is a vague word. If the website contains illegal images contact the police in your area, they will connect you to the cybercrimes division in your state. Remember freedom of speech protects statements of opinion and beliefs.

Unfortunately, there are no real site that you can use to report a website. There are various websites forum that you can mentioned the website so other people can avoid going to the website as well. I would also advise running a scan in order to protect yourself from potential virus that you may have on your computer.
