How do I replace a motorcycle clutch shifter cable?

I would disconnect each side of the clutch cable. Then, tape the top end of the new cable to the bottom end of the old one, and pull it throught he frame of the bike, electrician style. If this doesnt work, then you will have route the new one manually.

Remove the rubber covering. Squeeze 8 to 10 drops of lubricant between the clutch cable and the clutch cable sleeve. Reset the upper end of the clutch cable. Keep pulling on the inner cable until the clutch lever is about a dime width from the clutch cable perch. Tighten the cable back up. I think this would do it.
