Any device you place in the ground that vibrates will scare off moles, but the range is limited. There are mole trapping systems, but don't use poison, it can affect your pets. If your problem is extensive, consult a pro.

Smoke them out. A pest control company can come out to do this for you. The poisonous gas is pumped throughout their tunnels and exterminates them all.
