Put the car in park, engage the emergency brake, properly jack the car up and use a lug wrench to remove the lug nuts.

Wheel wire wheel covers are held on with a bunch of clips. Use a nylon pry bar or other instrument to pry along the edges of the wheel cover.

The only 'wire wheel' that I would know of on a Buick would be a hub cap that consists of many wire spokes. Those are locked on with a hub cap lock. You need a special tool to remove the lock in the cent of the hub cap. Once you remove the lock the hub cap can be pried off.

Look to see if the center of the "wire" hubcap comes off,if it does there will be a special nut there to remove your hubcap.Look for key in glove box.

You might have got a T shaped too with an elliptical end, pop the center of the hub off and insert the elliptical ens and twist to remove.
