I have a Buick Park Avenue that is making a grinding noise in the front end. It gets worse when I turn left. What suggestions do you have?

The first thing to check is the wheel bearings; jack the vehicle up and try to wobble the front wheels, if one wobbles excessively, it's possible the bearing is wearing out. Another possible cause could be worn CV joints; look for tears in both rubber boots protecting the joints on each side of the vehicle.

Without looking at the problem, it sounds like your CV Joint is bad. It has a boot on it to protect it from road grime and the boot is probably gone so trash got inside. It connects the wheels to your steering bar on passenger and driver side.
