You will need a lift to remove the lower unit of the boat since it is really heavy and will take many people to move.

The first thing you want to do is remove and islotae the spark plug that leads from the spark plugs, next remove the shift shaft retiner. This will enable you to be able to remove the reverse lock actuator

When you are removing the lower unit you should make sure that you have a holder or flatbed in order to hold the boat since it is very heavy.
