How do I regulate my periods after I've gone 76 days without one?

If you have not had a menstrual cycle in 76 days then you should contact your obgyn to have test run to determine why you are not having them. He or she will then put you on medication to start your cycles again.

One way is to talk to your doctor about getting on birth control pills. There are side effects that go along with that so discuss that option thoroughly. Some women just have irregular periods and you may be one of them, if you are not happy with that, there are herbal suppliments that may help as well.

You should see a doctor. Assuming you are not pregnant, then you are probably not ovulating propely. In that case, the doctor will probably give you hormones to bring on a period.
