How do I recover it if I lost my MySpace password?

Go to myspace and click on "forgot your password?" underneath the login page. Enter in your email address and your password will be sent there.

When you get to the login screen of MySpace, there is a link to click if you forgot your password. They will then email you a temporary password so you can login and change it to a new one.

I would first go to Myspace, and try to log in with your most common password. If that isn't it then there will be a link under where you can log in again. Click this link and answer your security questions to have your password reset to your email.

Log onto My Space and you can send a password retrieval request to them. You also have the option of starting over, with a new e-mail address.
