You cant. Any information that has been corrupted on a hard drive is distroyed for good. You're going to have to start over from scratch, that is if your systems harddrive isnt destroyed.

As far as I know, files usually cannot be recovered if the system is corrupted. You can do a restore but in most situations, it will erase all of the files. To prevent this in the future, I suggest backing up your files onto an SD card or a flashdrive/memory stick.

There is no way of recovering a file on the hard dis of the PS3 if it has been corrupted. Unless you backed the file up on an external hard drive.

This is the part of the job I hate. (Wait, what JOB?!?!) If the system's corrupted, you can't recover that data without Sony's whole programming staff. or an excellent hacker.

You can not recover it,you must buy a new one. It's easy to replace it ,you can do it home with your hands.
