Gather 1 ounce of light rum, 1.5 ounces of cognac, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon. Shake the rum, cognac, milk, and powdered sugar with ice. Strain into a glass, preferably Collins. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon on top, and serve immediately.
