How do I know which fuses on my car need to be replaced?

look out for your owner's manual and locate the section on fuses. The Manual will tell you where the fuse box is located. Using your manual, locate the diagram that will tell you which fuse corresponds which device. Based on the issue remove the Fuses and check using multimeter replace the fuse accordingly.

Within a Ford Windstar on the passenger side is a small compartment. If you open that compartment you can find a series of fuses in a small box. If any of those fuses are blown they will be propped up as if risen and also seem a bit burnt. You can then remove and replace them.
