There is no way to know 100% sure. All you can do is live your each day to its fulliest and do what is best for you and your family.

When you get pregnant out of wedlock if someone proposes marriage and you weren't already in the final stages of wedding planning you should think about it REALLY HARD. Don't get married for the child's sake. It almost NEVER works out. Ask him and see what he says. You may not want to hear the truth but you need to.

Many men now a days wouldn't get a shot gun wedding. They would just leave you to handle everything alone. So I think just that fact alone is pretty good evidence that he didn't marry you just because you are having a child together.
