This is simply a calendar where you mark which days in your cycle (28-30 days for most women) which you ovulate. You can then put that 28 day menstrual cycle chart against a regular calendar and know which days to have sex on if you want to conceive.

On a calender mark when you start your period. Mark when you stop your period. After a few months you will see a pattern. Read Taking Charge of your Fertility.

If you are taking any method of birth control, keeping an ovulation calendar is easy. You can do it either electronically or by pen and paper.
