How do I join the UFC?

The UFC however is the NFL of MMA. It's not something to just join. Go to the gym A LOT and train MMA hard. Fight amateur fights. When ready, find small orginazations for your career's start. You don't have any other options. TUF isn't the only way in. Get discovered.

UFC is a private organization, but to become a mixed martial artist, you would have to be trained with someone who could get you some fights and have a promoter get you some fights. Then you might get discovered by Dana White an invited to join UFC.

You have to be very strong to join the UFC so I would start with going to the gym every day of the week and working on your strength.

You will need to be trained in the martial arts and be physically fit. Then apply for and win a qualifying tournament. See the UFC website for details.
