The easiest way to fix mismatched eyebrows is get a box of your hair color, or a bit darker if you're afraid. Apply the mix to the eyebrow hair that is dark, and leave on, checking every few minutes. Remember you can always dye more, but never less.

I'm sure there are products sold out there in the marketplace that will do the trick, but using a lighter colored eyebrow pencil will lighten to some degree, just like a darker pencil will darken to some extent.

I would go to a salon to have that done. Usually you would just dye them, but you have to be careful not to get the dye in your eyes or burn your skin with it. The professionals know what they are doing and they will be less likely to harm you

You can actually use hair dye to dye your eyebrows a lighter color. You'll have to be very careful not to get the dye anywhere near your actual eyes. If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, go to a professional hair salon and explain that you'd only like your eyebrows dyed. They will do it for you.
